EDDIE IZZARD is Wayne Malloy

| One of the foremost stand-up comedians of his generation, Izzard is also a major film, theatre and television actor. His stage appearances include the title role in Marlowe's Edward II and A Day in the Death of Joe Egg in London and Broadway for which he received a Tony nomination for Best Actor. His feature film debut was alongside Bob Hoskins and Robin Williams in Secret Agent, and he also appeared in The Avengers with Sean Connery, Velvet Goldmine with Ewan McGregor, All the Queen's Men opposite Matt LeBlanc and Revengers Tragedy with Christopher Eccleston. Most recently he was seen in the feature My Super Ex-Girlfriend starring Uma Thurman and Luke Wilson; lent his voice to the animated Disney movie The Wild, and has just completed the new television drama Kitchen. In 2005, Izzard demonstrated his musical flair in Romance and Cigarettes, starring Susan Sarandon and Kate Winslet, and he appeared briefly in the caper sequel Ocean's Twelve. In 1993 and 1996 he won the British Comedy Award for Top Stand-Up Comedian and Dress to Kill earned him a New York Drama Desk Award and two Emmys®. Izzard most recently completed shooting a World War II thriller starring Tom Cruise tentatively titled Valkyrie. |

MINNIE DRIVER is Dahlia Malloy
Dahlia Malloy is a fireball. Try to contain her and she'll break out that much harder. After spending two years in a jail cell, Dahlia re-enters the world with a healthy cough-syrup addiction and an urgency to be with her family. She lives for her three children, and if taking the American Dream means a better life for them, she's in. But she has one rule - nobody ever tells her what to do or how to do it, not even Wayne. | Multi-award winning British actress Minnie Driver first garnered attention for her critically acclaimed performance in Circle of Friends. She went on to earn Oscar® and Screen Actors Guild nominations for her performance in the award-winning feature Good Will Hunting. In 2004, Driver was seen in the Golden Globe®-nominated feature The Phantom of the Opera and received a nomination by the London Critics Circle for her performance. Driver sang the original title track Learn to be Lonely written by Andrew Lloyd Webber, which was nominated for a Golden Globe® and an Oscar®. Driver, who has been a singer and songwriter for years, released her debut album Everything in My Pocket in 2004, toured with the Finn Brothers in the UK in 2004 and recently headlined her own sold out tour in the US and the UK. She has just released her latest album. In the 2003-2004 television season she made several guest appearances on Will & Grace as Lorraine Finster and in 2003, Driver appeared on stage at London's Comedy Theatre with Matthew Perry and Hank Azaria in Sexual Perversity in Chicago. The same year Driver co-starred with Philip Seymour Hoffman in Owning Mahowny and appeared in Hope Springs. Driver received accolades for her performance in Grosse Pointe Blank, moved audiences with her performance in the love story Return To Me, co-starred with Cate Blanchett, Rupert Everett and Julianne Moore in An Ideal Husband, and was the voice of Jane in the Walt Disney animated feature Tarzan. Her other film credits include High Heels and Low Lifes, The Governess, Beautiful, Big Night, Ella Enchanted, Sleepers and GoldenEye. Driver is a spokesperson for the aid agency OXFAM. |
SHANNON WOODWARD is Dehliah Malloy
Dehliah Malloy, a savvy 16-year-old, has grown up helping with the family cons. She's a clever girl, strong and smart, and shares her brother's initial hesitation at the family's new charade. But after a few successful scams and a budding relationship with the boy-next-door, she starts to dig this new stubborn life.

She has recurred or guest-starred in numerous television series including Quintuplets, Without a Trace, Boston Public, Crossing Jordan, Grounded for Life, The Drew Carey Show and Clarissa Explains It All. She co-starred in the movie-of-the- week Tornado! with Bruce Campbell and the miniseries True Women opposite Angelina Jolie and Dana Delany. NOEL FISHER is Cael Malloy
Cael Malloy may be only 17, but he often seems the most adult out of all the Malloys. When Wayne gets carried away with the performance involved in a scam, Cael's the one looking out for the safety of the family. He's the one most opposed to moving into a dead family's life, but his smarts and knack for computers saves the Malloys on more than a few occasions. |
| Originally from Vancouver BC, Noel Fisher has been working steadily as an actor since he was 14 years old. Fisher's first role portraying the The Sheldon Kennedy Story garnered him a nomination for the prestigious Canadian GEMINI award. His second GEMINI nomination came for the portrayal of 'TJ' in the hit Canadian series Godiva's. Since moving to the United States in 2003, Fisher has continued to create a stir with roles in such features as Max Keeble's Big Move, Final Destination 2 and the independent film After Sex. Fisher's other television credits include Huff, Cold Case, Two And A Half Men, Standoff and Medium. |

AIDAN MITCHELL is SAM Malloy
Sam Malloy may be the youngest of the Malloy clan, but he already knows how he feels the most comfortable: in girls' clothing. He's the most quiet and unassuming of the family, but blends right into the buffer world as a little girl. He's not only a budding con artist but a budding artist; he loves to paint and crafts a beautiful mural in the new house documenting the family's adventures. |
| Boston-born Aidan Mitchell moved to Ireland with his family at the age of three and there he stayed until the ripe old age of 10. While in Ireland he began his career in theatre at the Town Hall Theatre in Gallway. His family moved back to the United States and almost immediately Mitchell was a working actor. His first role was in The TV Set with Sigourney Weaver and David Duchovny. He then landed a starring role in a small independent film Simple Things. Mitchell is an extraordinary talent as well as being a terrific student. He is an aspiring writer/documentary filmmaker as well as an actor's actor. |

TODD STASHWICK is Dale Malloy

| Todd Stashwick was born in Chicago. As a child he always had one eye on trying to make people laugh and the other on working in Chicago at The Second City. Soon after graduating from Illinois State University, he was quickly hired to tour with The Second City all over the country. Following productions at The Second City Detroit and The Second City Northwest, he moved to New York. In New York he formed a company of improvisers and began staging the underground, critically acclaimed Burn Manhattan all over the city. Work in television and film drew him to Los Angeles where he shot several pilots and series including recurring work on the series MDs, American Dreams, Rodney and Still Standing. Recently Stashwick completed roles in the features You, Me and Dupree and The Air I Breathe. |

MARGO MARTINDALE is Nina Burns
Nina is the friendly neighbour who helps Dahlia ease into the buffer life - she shares everything with Dahlia, from advice on the best schools to the name of the doctor with those handy little pills to get through the day.

| Tony Award nominee Margo Martindale has acted in a host of acclaimed features, television series and plays since the late 1980s. Among her many feature credits are Clint Eastwood's Million Dollar Baby, Stephen Daldry's The Hours, Sydney Pollack's The Firm and Sabrina, Tim Robbins' Dead Man Walking, Rob Reiner's Ghosts of Mississippi, and George Miller's Lorenzo's Oil. She will next be seen in Michael Ian Black's comedy The Pleasure of Your Company. Martindale recently completed filming roles in Tamara Jenkins' The Savages and Alan Brown's Superheroes. Her television credits include a recurring role on the dramas Medium, Dexter and Sidney Lumet's 100 Centre Street. Telefilms and miniseries include Ironjawed Angels, Plainsong, Perfect Murder, Perfect Town, First Do No Harm and Lonesome Dove. Martindale was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Supporting Actress in a play for her role as Big Mama in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. |
