Synopsis
Robert Carlyle stars in the follow-up to the hugely successful 28 Days Later, where we pick up six months after the rage virus has annihilated Britain and the US army declares that the war against infection has been won, and that the reconstruction of the country can begin.

As the first wave of refugees return, a family is reunited - but one of them unwittingly carries a terrible secret. The virus is not yet dead, and this time, it is more dangerous than ever.

TRIVIA:
Extensive filming of a US Army Camp took place during the weekend of 21st October 2006 in the courtyard outside the Citypoint Building, Ropemaker Street, London EC2; the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff doubled for the interior of Wembley Stadium because, at the time of filming, the interior of the newly built Wembley was still under construction; Danny Boyle directed some of the second unit filming.
