Synopsis
Amber Tamblyn (Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants) stars as Sarah Russell, a 23-year-old aspiring medical student who makes a rare visit to her hometown to surprise her parents (Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio and Tim DeKay), her brother and her boyfriend.

No one knows the true reason for her homecoming, which she decides to withhold from them after an old conflict resurfaces during an uncomfortable encounter with neighbour Lorraine (Jennifer Ehle - Pride and Prejudice). Sarah knows that she must finally deal with her past as a means of facing the future.

The support cast includes Daniel Clark, Paul Wesley and Henry Czerny.
