Synopsis
Sarah Cain is a columnist for a Portland newspaper who's having trouble getting past her writer's block. When her Amish sister suddenly dies, Sarah is surprised to learn she has become the guardian of five young Amish nieces and nephews. Refusing to let the children be separated into different foster homes, Sarah takes them with her back to the big city.

Slowly all the children start to accept Sarah's way of life, except for the eldest daughter Lyddie. Unwilling to adapt to the modernised world of Portland, Lyddie encourages her siblings to stay true to their teachings and beliefs. Sarah he decides it is in their best interest to return them home to Pennsylvania, but she must decide if what is best for the children is what's best for her as well.

Cast includes Lisa Pepper, Abigail Mason, Elliot Gould, Tess Harper.
