Synopsis
In this delightful romantic comedy directed by Michael Apted, which launched the career of screenwriter Lawrence Kasdan (Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Empire Strikes Back), Emmy-winner John Belushi stars as Ernie, a tough Chicago reporter whose stories on the Mafia nearly get him killed. To take the heat off, he's sent to investigate an eagle researcher in rural Colorado where romance blossoms in a hilariously heart-warming fashion.

TRIVIA:
John Belushi's character, Ernie, is loosely based on popular, now deceased Chicago columnist Mike Royko, whose writings on political corruption were legendary.
