Synopsis
Eddie Murphy directs and stars with Richard Pryor buddy up in this lavish costume drama about black nightclub owners in 1930s Harlem who turn the tables on a white gangster named Bugsy Calhoune. A crime comedy in the tradition of The Sting, Harlem nights earned a nomination for a Best Costume Oscar, and was written and directed by Murphy.
