XXX's Vin Diesel and Paul Walker (She's All That) star in this box-office smash hit about rival car-racing gangs committing high-speed crimes on the streets of LA. Director Rob Cohen of XXX is at the helm of this nitro-fuelled story of a Romeo and Juliet romance between rival gang members and an undercover cop whose judgement becomes as blurred as the hot wheels racing past. There are over 15,000 individual sound effects in the first street race and neither Michelle Rodriguez nor Jordana Brewster had driver's licenses or even learner's permits before production of the film. During the Race Wars over 1500 real race cars with their real drivers came to participate in the huge scene.
