Synopsis
The Navy boys of PT-73 find themselves in deep trouble after gambling themselves into huge debt. Now the bungling boys must do everything they can to quickly scare up some cash, mayhem ensues as they wind up with a racehorse that causes a Japanese submarine to run aground.
