From descriptive drama analysis and synopses - to set design and wardrobe, students of both English Literature and Media Studies will discover in cloudstreet classroom Australian Curriculum relevant inspiring, informative and interactive resources to promote and enhance learning.

The cloudstreet classroom site includes learning resources with multiple comprehensive applications in both English and Media Studies curriculum areas. For the ease of accessibility, the site has been designed around each curriculum area separately. Although, the astute will notice that many of the visual, audio, interactive and informative resources have application in both subject lines.
Teacher Notes and Student Tasks are devised in three parts - each of which aligns to one of the three parts of the television mini-series.

By focusing on and completing the English Task Sheets, students will gain an understanding of the novel to script to screen adaptation process as they immerse in the drama and characters of Tim Winton's cloudstreet.
By focusing on and completing the Media Task Sheets, students will gain an understanding of the production process and the creative and technical challenges in bringing such an iconic story to the screen.
cloudstreet classroom also contains English (Australian English Curriculum 2010) and Media Studies (Draft Australian Arts Curriculum 2011) references and Student Outcomes to assist and guide teachers to appropriate relevant syllabus applications.
