As they return to Paris to collect their cat, which had been left with Marion's parents, they hope to find love again in the city of lovers. But what with Marion's offbeat and overbearing parents, who speak very little English, and her ex-boyfriends popping up at every moment, Jack soon becomes obsessed with his photography and the fact that French condoms are too small.

So for Marion and Jack it's back to whether they will salvage their relationship, ever have sex again or really become very proficient in the art of arguing.

Screening: July 6th
Genre: Drama
Director/s: Julie Taymor
Cast: Evan Rachel Wood, Jim Sturgess, Joe Anderson

In this Oscar and Golden Globe-nominated homage, based on The Beatles' songbook, written by the very talented Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais (Still Crazy, The Commitments) and directed by Oscar nominee Julie Taymor (Frida), Jim Sturgess (The Other Boleyn Girl) stars as Jude, a young man who leaves Liverpool to search for his father in America.

Screening: July 3rd
Genre: Documentary
Director/s: Murray Lerner, Paul Crowder
Cast: Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend, Keith Moon, John Entwistle

This excellent documentary tells of four Londoners: Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend, John Entwistle and Keith Moon; who created their own style of rock music, sending fans into a frenzy the world over and surviving at the top for over forty amazing years. Please welcome to the stage, The Who.

They influenced many bands starting out in the late 1960s with "My Generation" becoming an anthem for disenchanted youth - especially in one particular North Coast country town, I recall.

From the makers of acclaimed documentary films No Direction Home: Bob Dylan, Riding Giants and Dogtown and Z-Boys comes this authorised portrait of the defining live act in popular music history, told in their own words.

Crammed with masses of never-before-seen footage, rare concert performances and exclusive interviews in which the band and those close to them share their thoughts and memories of The Who, their music and their history. From their roots as a 1960s pub cover band, with brilliant early footage of a gig in 1964 at the Railway Hotel, through all the fascinating ups and downs, twists and turns, stops and starts, successes and failures, follow them as they evolve through four decades of rock.

"They're all playing lead... it's insane!" - Noel Gallagher.
